Are there any particular mysterious rules about custom smileys?
I have tried quite a few with no success - the source image shows animation happily in the browser if I open it direct, but sits still and sad when I upload it to PSB...

too big?, what size is it? if it's any bigger than the standard snileys it gets resized i think.

mebbe - what's really funny, though, is that I saved-as someone else's (smiley face next to cactus with tumbleweed going past), attempted to upload it and got the first frame only there...

The tumbleweed one happened just after you enabled the feature but I didn't think much of it at the time.
