Hey, just wondering if there's any reason to have them, or if they are actually a source of income for the board to help with costs?
I'm finding that more and more words are turning into search links, often really strange things with 6 exclamation points (for example). Is there any way to lower the number of created links in a thread or turn it off?
Apologies if I missed an announcement, but only found other's references to the links starting to appear.
Yeah it's link generating income.
Do Supporter accounts get rid of them and the other ads? I was going to buy one last year (?) during the rush, but I don't have PayPal.
Gets rid of the other ad's but not the links.
You don't need to "have" PayPal, you can just use your credit card vit their service without creating an account.
So if we click on the link PSB gets a handshake, regardless of whether we buy anything or not?
