Email notification of PM's not working

(delivery temporarily suspended: host mailhost.planetdomain.com[202.131.95.27] refused to talk to me: 550 rejected because 98.126.228.228 is in a black list)

I can't really do anything with that information, contact your host and find out why they are blocking and/or what blacklist its listed in.

Cheers Nath, I'm trying to get hold of them now, in the meantime if I change my email address with PSB to a non Planet Domain one will that work?

ETA I've just done that so I'll soon know if it worked...

Edit again, just spoke to Planet Domain, they say that the mail originator is listed on a "commercial block list" and it is not their problem...

Okay I now seem to be getting notifications (through my iprimus email) so I guess the problem is with the list that planet domain is using... he said it might originate from another user on the same server (?... I'm not IT savvy) but also said it's up to you to find out what list you are on and why
