Ok... Java Virtual machine is what runs on YOUR computer, not the server. I suggest you uninstall Java (might be called Sun Java or Sun Microsystems Java). Then reinstall it.
If you can... you MUST!
If its a JVM issue, best to just restart the machine and try again
