Error when trying to get into the chat room

I'm getting this:

installed it, still crashing.

with both, it's closing the window completely, no error messages, nuzzing!

Ok... Java Virtual machine is what runs on YOUR computer, not the server. I suggest you uninstall Java (might be called Sun Java or Sun Microsystems Java). Then reinstall it.

If its a JVM issue, best to just restart the machine and try again

Yeah then scope out your version of Java

Get the latest version here

Download Java software from Sun Microsystems
