full in box

i was wondering if when your in box is full and someone trys to send a message, you get a message saying what person has sent you a message but it could not come thru as box is full. when i clear my messages whatever the message was that is trying to be sent does still not come thru the person has to resend it. cant this system store them and send them thru went in box is empty? i hope you understand what i mean?

Yeah it always used to make me laugh at work when you'd go on holidays and come back with lots of "Your Mailbox is Full" messages It wouldn't be so fucking full if it wasn't for all the "Your Mailbox is Full" messages

i get 1 every time a message is sent, but i thought this system should be able to send them thru once you have cleared your in box, instead you dont get the message at all.

You mean you reckon it should store them then send them through once your inbox is empty?
Kinda removes the point of mailbox limits, doesn't it?

our database is already almost 20 bloody gigs without storing every single pm known to man.

dolphin - all that information seeps at the server, thus the need to continually upgrade the dedicated beast that runs PSB.
that's why to get higher limits for PM's etc we ask you to cough up a little bit to help offset those costs.
