Would someone be so kind as to satisfy my curiousity... Has the PSB round table ever considered or actioned a limit set upon posts per day?

Hrmm... You could be on to something there Jim.

I was presented with a situation today where I found myself on a forum and posting rather rashly, in response to a new user. I felt disappointed with myself, for this behaviour is relatively unlike me. This does not happen alot. I can only explain my reactionary behaviour as a knee-jerk to the circumstantial, excessive 'noise'.

There's a lesson to be learnt in that, I guess.
