Supporter Program Expiry

I was thinking of upgrading to platinum so I went into my user cp subscriptions. I noticed that my gold supporter expires on the 10/5/08 but I signed up for it on the 13/10/07. Shouldn't it expire 12 months from when I paid??

Also has the option of upgrading from gold to platinum gone? Can I pay the difference of gold and platnium supporter so it will still expire when my original gold would have?

Thx

Keep up the good work guys!

Mine says started 13-10-2007 and expires 13-05-2008 and says "The Supporter Subscription is for a 12 month period" so I would imagine it's just a glitch somewhere that will be fixed (hopefully before 13th May) :p

Are you sure that was when your subscription started then? October was the date the new software went live and when all the packages were recreated.

May was when the supporter packages actually started and you all signed up.

I did go through and fix a few accounts before i reliased this, i will be changing them back.

Isn't the cost of Platiunum $125?
So I have gold and I just checked and for me to go to Platinum will cost $100. That subscription will take me through until the 10th which is my original sign up date for Gold.

So after the 10th, I'm going to upgrade to Platinum... (I can't really afford the $100 and then 10 days later another $125 )
How does that work guys? Will I loose any PMs in the process (since I think I have too many for a 'standard' user, and when my gold subscription runs out I will revert back until I can upgrade again).

I don't really care about losing any PMs, but it was just a question and thats the only difference I can think of between Gold and Standard that would affect me.

Can't wait for PSB Live! again

Gee, now i'm confused.

I remember we had our own area for a while if that helps with determining dates.

Still, I'm happy to pay again on the 13th because I honestly have no idea when I joined the supporters program, plus I get more than that much in value from the site :p

No, you upgraded... You would have only paid $100 to upgrade, whereas Platinum costs $125 if I'm not mistaken?
You keep your original expiry date as you are upgrading, and not restarting your subscription. (i.e. you only paid the difference, not the 'full' amount)

At any time during your subscription you can upgrade and pay the difference, so Stoney you will need to re subscribe again after the 9th, and it will be $125 this time, not $100, if you choose to go platinum again.

Make sense now?
