thread viewing question...

Is there a way I can link someone to a thread, so they can see it without being a member?
I'd kind of like to show my build thread to my parents but I don't expect they will want to sign up. Also they are on the other side of Australia so I can't exactly log them in...

just copy and paste the link mate it should work, unless they look at too many PSB pages then it won't.

I think that the only sites available to non members are the Help Desk pages. Anything else requires a login

Couple of solutions to get around it

In your browser you can save the contents of a webpage (archive style) so itll include everything on the page including images. Now simply email that to your parents and get them to open the html (i.e. double click it heh).

Failing that use an email program that supports sending HTML email, like say Outlook and copy and paste the page into a new mail. Assuming your parents have a decent email client they will be able to see the contents of the page also...

The majority of sections do not require a login anymore, but viewing is limited to only a handfull of threads before being locked out. So they could only look at it a few times then they will be required to register.
