Just got the call from Damian at Frasers letting me know that the last bits and bobs I need to bolt it all back together have arrived, YAY!
Now all I need is to scrape enough to get new sprox, and she'll be a go-er.

I just bolted her back together, spent hours making sure the clutch stack height was right, shimming the springs so the pressure plate lifts of perfectly, making sure it had the right fluid amounts, everything.
She's been sat a long time indeed.
After turning her over a few times without the tank on (priming the oil circuit), I connected the tank, and she fired straight up.
It has absolutely no clutch slip whatsoever, I think it was leaking from the clutch hub seal, so it was replaced, along with the pushrod o-rings.
It runs beautifully, and is doing everything impeccably.
I am rather happy right now.

Todd Patterson, Waynes son and the spanner man at Patto's. Good bloke and always seem to find time to help no matter how inconsequential, ie you would happen to have a 4by12mm screw lying around? 30 secounds latter I had one.

That may or may not have been the vehicle in question

Mate, seriously, awesome bloke.
Rang him up just to ask if he had any background info on the bike, and took a good 20 minutes telling me absolutely everything I could want to know.

Got home and fired her up, let her warm up, few blips of the throttle .
Then I stripped the fairings and inspected every inch of the motor while she was still running.
I'm crossing my fingers, but I can't see any coolant or oil leaks, but this is a tentative thing.
I still don't trust her, so I'm going to clean the insides of the fairings, and pull them off periodically to check until I'm definite.
