    Honda vt250 spada tidy up

    Hey all

Bought this spada about a month ago from a fellow psb member.

Have done the following so far:

    Chrome dominator twin headlight
    Chrome universal headlight brackets
    Fuel tap rebuilt
    Wiring tidy up
    New front brake switch
    Oil change
    Straightened the gear shift lever

    Not yet fitted (arriving soon):
    Stebel magnum horn
Led flasher relay (to fix fast indicators)
    CRG copy levers

    Future plans:
New paint job to fix the crappy paint
Pipe to replace the scratched up stock one
Fix headlight wiring (currently no low/high beam, but passing light works. may be problem with regulator/rectifier wiring)
Tighten chain (Depending on wear) or replace chain/sprockets

i have mainly been tinkering with cars so this has been a new experience. so far i have found it much easier

    thanks

    -ian

Nice, can't wait to see how it ends up looking. What color you thinking of getting done?

I think Gun metal grey would look awesome.

How is it all going? Any progress?

    yeah

got it all back together last night
removed the carbs and stripped them down for a clean.

has R1 bar ends and gold CRG copy levers on

have found my lack of performance is due to one of the previous owners removing the airbox cover. tested this by taping up half the filter, torque and repsonse improved noticabley.
hopefully track down a airbox cover soon and then whack it on along with a CF pipe.

What year is this Spada? I'm looking at a similar one and it has the same gauge cluster as yours. I can't find any images of other Spadas with the same gauge cluster.

    Regards,
    Joel.
