my little cibby build

After finding out that there was a few things that needed some serious attention on my bike I decided that I would take it apart and get it going and looking good. My B/F is a spray painter so the decison to respray it came easy but to do that the bike would be off the road for quite awhile so that was a hard choice to make.

But on with the project I went.

First of all we totally rerouted all of the wiring seeing as every wire was no where near the right spot which was fouling the the steering. All fixed now. next was the chain and all the sludge that seemed to accumalate all over the rear end. definately not a nice area to clean.

These are the indicators I have replaced the old ones with. So much nicer.

In this pic you can see the new exhaust.

I also got the old white rims powder coated black. I think they look awesome already and the fairings arnt even on.

I would put a picture in of the bike before I started but its in word document and I dont know how to get it from there to here. so Itll have to stay where it is for now unless yas have any info for me.

Anyways Ill post some more pics once the fairings have been painted. Cant wait either, then Ill be able to finally ride again!!

yeah was thinking I would but I dont want the whole cbr sticker kit I want it to be a little different maybe have the honda wings on the side of the tank and maybe the words honda along the bottom of the fender but really not sure yet. What you guys reckon bout what stickers would look good?

The exhaust actually sounds pretty good, I dont think its too loud I think its a little louder than the original but it sounds heaps better more of a lower note. really surprised me cos I got it off ebay from I think China so was a little dubious wether Ide like it at all. But I love it.
