cluster is removed.. ( and ready to tag the plugs with numbers.. )





Gotta be atleast 15 kilo's of metal there... add that to the front cowl - that's about 20 kilo's.. that front wheel's gonna be hard to keep down..

got my bar end mirrors today from the uk.. look sweeet... ( in carbon look )

and have a new set of levers coming in..

now, do i go the matt black fighter lights.. chrome, or carbon fibre look.. decisions... ohh yeh !

Got my new OEM levers from the UK for about 1/2 the price ( inc shipping ) than i could get them here locally... so shiny with black and chrome..

Got my new kaneg front head lifting stand too.. looks like this long weekend will see lots of kawasaki loving, beer and swearing from skinned knuckles !

I've got my eye on some zx6 36mm keihin cvd carbies to replace the OEM ones on the bike.. they should be the same.. team_750z, you're the carby man - can you confirm ? or do you think there's going to be something also suitable out there - that wont cost me $350 usd each...

As per ebay..

looking at the original spec's of the H1 750, I just went hunting on ebay using those keywords..

" Keihin 36mm CVKD "

The pic of those carbies, look identical to the bank I've got on the bike at the moment.. so i'm guessing they're a spot on match..

They're 36mm, and I've been quoted $175usd + shipping from a bloke in the usa to rebuild, ultrasonic clean, port and make em all schmicko..

I'd be up for putting something a bit bigger on there - if it's possible...

They fail at fuel ecomony though......
All out racing carby......big increase in full rev range once set up....

And yes you can fit pods of just run velocity stacks..........I may have a set in my shed......prolly to big for a 750 though
