I like the top one, however with the swoopy katana style tank I think the bottom or maybe middle would work better. Of course if you can find a plain smooth GS tank at a wrecker, then the top would look the shizzle, and very cafe. I prefer smaller mirrors, but they do look right for a 70/80's bike.

If your keeping side panels the middle will look real good if you can get it nice and flush above them. Might need some dremel/grinder mods or a slight extension to the seat edge to get it to meet the panel edges nicely, not really sure how they sit on the 250. Guess you will find out when it comes! Haha, part of the fun with these things, ordering any part you like, then having to come up with a way to make it work (lost count of the number of parts I ordered for my GS like that...)

i couldn't believe it i spent ages trying to use the best german i could to write an email to this dude, and it ends up he replies in english!
well it just made it easier for me
i'm still undecided about the rear section, the top one is sweet and rounded where the middle follows the tank better i think. maybe i'm wrong.
need moar input!
yeh not too worried about the tail light, wil cross that bridge when i come to it but would like to get this stuff ordered as it's coming frmo Germany.
potato, i'm using the ebay shop perdition posted earlier in this thread. copy away!

Go the middle one mate.
It fits the sqaure-ish shape of the bike way better.

It would probably be worse telling her i spent that much on a pair of earphones..... if i told her it's for her birthday move along. she would gruble but would then be intrigued about what it is. and then it would be good....
got a reply from the ebay shop, BTW he speaks english so don't go poncing around trying to write german.....
i replied asking about what everything would cost in freight, and then will tally up the rest.....
