Motor, gearbox is awesome as is chain and sprockets, tank needs some minor work, i will give it a bash and see if i can do something with the tank, if not i will be looking for another. Picked up a set of fairings but they need a lot of work too.

Red and black do look awesome together, never really thought of any other colours apart from the blue or yellow. Plenty of time before paint time.
