    Starting a new project

Only been in Perth 2 months and I've already sold my triumph 675 daytona - pending payment... see my other project.

So already got my next one on the ball.

Just bought a 2009 honda cbr1000rr. She's pretty rough, a repairable write off and needs heaps to be done, but I'm planning on getting it sorted as a track bike for the new year.

    I'll post pics Soon.

Ps. If anyone has anything to contribute, please let me know.

    John.

    Red face

Here's some more pics of the bike....

    Things i need are.

    1. LH Fork
    2. Top triple tree
    3. Track Fairings
    4. New exhaust
    5. weld attach pugs to the front of the frame
    6. Instrument cluster
    7. wire in ignition switch
    8. slick tyres

    There's way more I'm sure I'm missing.

I found a nice whole front fork assembly incl clip ons, tripple trees, brake calipers, braided brake line, master cylinder and reservior for about 1000 shipped, may solve some of my issues.

Does anyone know of a good aluminium welder in Perth? Aslo, if you have any parts, please drop me a line.

    John.

That might make a nice fighter if you clean up the wiring..

Dunno about that for this one, she's a stat write off, so no chance, unless I score a new frame.
