With the RS off to Sydney on thursday. I've began compiling the parts to modify the TnT.
Fairly simple as just about everything I will obtain will come via 3 dealers.
First up Maniac Motors in Germany:Then Carbon.SK in Slovakia, for some carbon fibre pieces:
- Benelli Scantool, handset, called the Bendia, for all diagnostics of the Walbro TDD ecu and setting CO reading in both map modes.
- Robby Moto Engineering parts, Tornado RS black billet top triple clamp to clean up the look for when the TnT Cafe Racer billet clips-ons go on, and Matris steering damper.
- Merlotti tail tidy
- Benelli Officine swingarm billet pit stand pick-ups
- Robby Moto billet TnT sport rear sets.
Finally GPR Exhausts in Italy for a pipe section to remove the cat converter, although I'm tempted to go the HPE/ Tubistyle titanium racing system that does without the exhaust butterfly valve as fitted to the limited TnT Titanium's that were made.
- Open clutch cover for the dry slipper clutch
- Carbon surrounds for the dash, and i may get a carbon piece to cover the petrol tanks centre line and ignition key surround.
- Rear seat cowling as per the Cafe Racer, to be painted in pearl white with a centre strip of exposed carbon.
I'm still trying to ascertain whether this is to boost low end torque, or just lower low rpm noise to pass regs.
