The best engine in the world is the vagina.
It can be started with one finger, it is self lubricating ,it takes any size piston and changes its own oil every four weeks. Unfortunately the engine management system is fucking temperamental.

Pair of smaller longnose pliers with teeth work perfectly with these. But if you have $85 to throw away spend on a tool that you'll use twice in the next 10 years, you have that solution too!

I have "thrown away" plenty over the years on good tools and hence i can tackle almost all jobs with convidence.
These connections are all over most Japanese "classic" bikes and just on one restoration there are more than 70x2 crimps to be done.
Maybe my spend drift has as an end result "a propper job!"

I am interested in seeing the end result of this crimper if you would be so kind as to post up. I have used many crimpers over the years and being the pedantic knobhead I am, have yet to see one that has the sort of result in the smaller range to satisfy me. I would always solder the wire for this type of connection also if the equipment is available.

I have a pair of old school Utilux crimpers (Catalogue Part Number #00) They are a heavy duty forged steel plier style as opposed to the modern ratchet style and they are simply awesome for any type of automotive connectors. I have had mine for about ten years and have used them countless times with perfect results every time.
They are available new for about $75 but will last a lifetime
