dunno bout a general group buy tbh... complicates shit when too many people... My idea would be a straight up business venture... i'd throw 10-15k at it initially, prolly cost several times that to fully restore everything tho. I have about a 50-75k figure in mind over a couple years. End result would be epic tho and need an appropriate place to store/display them
