CF cans/slipons for RS250
is it possible to get cf cans or slipons for an rs250 or do you have to buy the whole exhuast? and where would i be able to get some if it was possible

Get some Tyga carbon cans? You'll probably have to buy the flanges from them too though, and get them welded on (3 bolt type).

Well go for the Roo's then I guess but I'm not sure how much they would cost (I'm thinking probably the same).

you can get jl slip ons. and i think tyga do an adaptor to make them slip on, but i am not sure.
not cheap, might as well just get the full system.

The cheapest way is to get a small sheet of either aluminium or S/S measure the diameter, cut it to shape and get it rolled.
Then just pop rivett it into place and polish it up!

do what bert said. Butcher you stock ones buy some packing and some carbon tube. pop rivet it back together with some sealant and your done.

IF the aprilia system is anything like the rgv stock system, then by god, get rid of it.
It weighs about half as much as the rest of the bike

looking for a good & cheap aprilia mechanic...i have a RS250 and wana find a mechanic so i can change the rear brakes & the transmission fluid.

Both very easy jobs to do yourself if u're up to it. Otherwise, get the brake pads and fluid and bring the bike over, i'll help you out.
