Hybrid stroker wanted ie 350YPVS into Cagiva Mito but unsure....
Hi all, I'm from the UK, but in my endless search for the type of info I'm looking for I'm generally finding there's tons more interest in strokers over here than in my country, which I find bizarre but there we go. So thought I'd seek advice here.
So I've been looking into basically the bigger engine into smaller frame type mod. Initially after seeing some youtube vids I'd fallen in love with the RD/RG 500 into TZR/RGV 250 bike but after some enquiries it seems the whole 500 approach is way too expensive.
So then there's the typical yammagamma idea, 350 YPVS into RGV. But I am now really fascinated in putting something bigger into a 125 bike. I've heard of transplants into the Cagiva Mito bike as apparently it's too solid for a 125 lump anyway. The most popular thing I've seen is 650 single lumps seeming to fit quite well. Well I don't want any 4-stroke crap obviously! There's actually one in my country on ebay at the moment with an RGV250 lump in but I was wondering if, well, wouldn't it be easier to just put one of those into an Aprilia 125 bike as they're less rare than the Cagiva Mito? Thing is I've read that it's not possible to stick the Prilla/Suzuki 250 lump into the Prilla 125 bike, is this because the chain on the 125 is on the right hand side for some totally bizarre reason?
Basically it falls into these options. 1) RGV250 into Mito. 2) RGV250 into Prilla 125. 3) RD350 into Mito. 4) RD350 into Prilla 125. Which of those 4 could I get done?
Would really appreciate any feedback from anyone with experiene in these types of things. Cheers.

350 RZ YPVS in a RG 250 W frame creates a Yamma Gamma.
It fits with minor mods and goes hard!

Yeh, thing is I'm wanting a modern day frame as I need decent handling. The RGV250/Mito on ebay I mentioned has RGV VJ22 USD forks. So as the Mito frame is already beefy enough as standard for bigger engines I'm thinking with everything all in is the bike actually any lighter than a standard RGV250 in the first place?!?! Obviously the whole point of transplants is to save a ton of weight in the search for 3rd gear power wheelies
