Haven't really checked out the rims, they seem straight but I haven't ridden it nor had it up on stands to check it out... but I am getting another parts bike regardless so the things that are wrong with this one will be replaced anyway.
I would be interested to talk the old owner, get photos, learn a little about it's history etc.
Cheers
L

Give me your e-mail addy and i will send you the pics i have. Will get my mate to sign up on here so you 2 can chat about the bike. 2 things i have notice that have been changed on the bike are the mufflers and the screen. I have some photos take of the rims when he dented them (not watching the road and went off into the pot holes, i was following him and amazed that he kept it upright)

Can threads like this be moved into the Two Strokers section?
I can help by bumping up some of the good old threads if it's of any use.

Well it's been a while since I have done anything with pepper. Here is something that arrived yesterday from japan.
The auction was for the whole rear end but I was really after the cowl itself. It's all in pretty good nick, even the tabs on the rear fairings are still intact. The little fairing piece is missing the pepsi sticker but it did originally have one, up close you can see difference in paint colour where the sticker used to be.
VERY happy with the seat cowl. It's a genuine pepsi one... really good condition and the seat pad is like new.

Just as a tip if you werent aware i sat my test 3 times on an rgv and id died everytime a just before making it back which is an automatic fail. so i failed 3 times even though I would have passed if id completed it.
The moral is rgvs need to rev past 4k or something or the battery charger doesnt kick in. so always give it a good rev once its warm.
