A Lesson Well Learnt
Check my fuel tank, nearly empty... check oil tank, also nearly empty. Ok time to fill both tanks.
Filled up the 2 stroke oil, slightly overfilled, it was sitting just above the max mark, i figured she'll be right and proceeded to start the bike. Went off to put my gear on to let the girl warm up a bit like normal, get back to bike and there is a nice puddle of TTS 2T all over the garage floor... FUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK KKKKKKKK.

So, forgetting I had slightly overfilled her i begain to look at the cause of the problem, but couldn't find it then I remembered the overfill. Turned out both the Rear and Front Overfill lines had dumped the oil so it was running down the inside of my farining and also running down the back of the rear seat.... tried to stop the dripping by using heaps of cloths, but it just keep dripping!!
Ended up pulling the left hand faring and whole rear seat assembly off (30min job!) to get rid of all the oil. JESUS! for such a slight overfill the shit went everywhere! zorst, farining and rear seat were full of oil. By the time I had it all cleaned up it was almost an hour after I originaly started it!
So Boys and Girls the lesson learnt, Max lines are there for a reason, not just a guide!!!!!!!!!

Must be quite different to the later model bikes, you stop pouring once you've filled the container - no overflow lines.
