Two Strokers For those that get it done in two strokes not four.

from what i can rear in the manual, all you need to do is

unscrew the top bolt and slide out a spacer and the spring
tip the fork leg upside down and pour out old oil
pump the fork leg a few times to ensure all oil is drained
put in new oil 10wt
pump the fork leg to displace air
top up to level of 120mm

put spring and spacer and bolt back on easy as

The fork seal what thingy? I'm guessing not.

If we don't have enough tools/expertise then we won't do the job, simple as that.
