RS 250 Power band

Hey guys

I don't seem to be hitting the power band any more on my RS
Does this mean the battery is Knackered?
or is it a solenoid problem?
I really don't want to take it to my local bike shop ... cause let face it I don't trust em.

When did you last clean your powervalves?

A bad battery can prevent the powervalves from operating correctly. If you haven't cleaned and inspected the powervalves you should do that first anyway. If cleaning and retiming them doesn't help then start looking at other possible causes.

clean power valves, check the cable's too... check battery. "do you service you bike or thrash it from day to day" how many kms on it?
