RZ250R Leaky Output Shaft...I So Need A Haynes Manual!

Ok i'm i missing something...I have an RZ250R transmision and i replaced what was a new looking seal with a brand new one now and thought i'd fited the problem but i have notice that the leak is coming from between the output shaft and the sleave spacer (that keeps the sprocket in position). I notice the sprocket is loose and the locking nut will not go any tighter. Is there a seal or shim to solve this problem or am i totally off track? Need to buy Haynes Manual pronto!!!!!

OK finally got my Haynes manual... Problem solved, i have the wrong sprocket nut. The nut in the manual has a much deeper recessed face. Put a shim in temporarily to alleviate the problem, til i got my manual

there should be a lock washer that is keyed to the output shaft, same as the sprocket is keyed that fits over the sprocket and you peen an edge over so it cannot spin off.

its bad if you spin the front sprocket off while riding :p
