Iv only got a hanfull of rusty old three O cartridges and it's bound that a few will missfire, so who else is in quick, so I can get some more from my Bro who's a Pig shooter out the back of Burke. I'm trying to help a young mate who's moved down to Perth get onto a good buy.
If I am completely honest, I do sort of hope he buy's it and then out grows it and he then will sell it to me after he's finished with it.

I suspect he's already aware of this, but he still want's to have his time in the sun "so to speak" of being able to talk about his Two Stroke days when he's older. I cant argue with him on that point. He has done his time on dirt bikes and a Virago of all things and is now ready to get a bit more serious, he has his full license (thanks to the Virago) and if 'I' was looking for a bike to pick from today's crop, I'd still like to cut my teeth on one of these older 2T bike's than start out on the new stuff (RGV, NSR, TZR & KR-1S's are quiet hard to find, that wont cost him a lot in the long run, so an RZ that's been updated is perfect I think). I know some may disagree, but many of us older riders did this and have tried the latest stuff and have now gone back to the older bikes that are a little/lot more involving.

I'm not looking to start a argument as I actually applaud his desire to go back to basic's as such and learn bike control from bikes that demand you understand what they're doing. Rather than go out with a decent amount of cash and buy something that really is above his current skill level.
I find it rare to see such maturity about learning ability before looking flash, pretty rare these days.

Anywho, Studog. Let me know if your bike is still available. I think my young mate is the right buyer for such a bike in today's times of 600's and Thou's.

Nice handball, personaly would have left the young mate part out, it's all good Benno, have PM'd Evil, and realyed a story of past deal that went sour, just didnt want it to happen again. Might tell you over a beer one day. May even have a slightly less modded RZ available for your not so secret collection one day.
