Tech spec, diff between RZ350 1UA & 2UA Barrels?

Does anyone please, know the technical spec difference (Besides the code number marking on the outside of the barrel!) between RZ350 1UA & 2UA cylinder barrels?

Eg, port timings between the both.

Can they be matched up as a pair?
