rg500 in the paper again. still 9500

rgv250 for 1500 in there. apparently needs work. If complete and semi reasonable is worth more than this in parts

that's it, pretty slim pickings.

on the 4 stroke radar, there's a 'museum piece' 86 gsxr750r with 540ks on the clocks down at boyanup. Oh man what a bike to pick up. THIS is a 4 stroke worth owning, very very rare.

2 strokes, please!

I picked up a big pile of 2 stroke parts and in it are RG 250 and RZ 250 parts and body works.
Also a lot of KR250 bits, I have not as yet picked up all (more than one carfull) but think that there are more than one complete KR engine in it.
If you need something just PM me.

Hmmm might keep an eye on that rgv250...

I has a frame and other associated bits and pieces here that need a motor, gearbox, wheels, etc

89'-90' '3MA'

In my opinion though unless you were collecting each model the 3xv is buy far and away the model you want to get, replace the carbs and exhaust and you have a weapon. In standard trim amazingly enough the fist models were the fastest. Due to less power restrictions and lighter (weaker) frames.

A well turned out 3ma looks sexier though, and has a more manic top end, stock, than the V twin

Matter of opinion, I prefer the v-twin pipe layout.

Just had a look back through the thread and that kr1s has the same number as the same for sale ad from last year - where the guy couldn't move it after 6 months and dropped the price to from 5.5k to 3k. Now it has a leaking fork seal and needs a new front tyre and is asking more $? LOL

I'm pretty keen for a NSR150SP, so if there's any floating around out there...? I know there was one in the Sunday Times readers mart a few weeks ago, but genius I am lost the paper and couldn't find the ad anywhere else.

Mack 1 Kawasaki had an NSR150 (not sure about the SP part, not familiar with the model) for ages, though i haven't been there lately. Could still be there, might be worth a call?
