VJ22 RS250 engine rebuild recommendations

Hello there i am doing another rs250 VJ22 engine build and require someone to rebuild the motor.. I simply dont have the time to do it..
It will be a complete rebuild with new cylinders, pistons, crank rebuild plus a few other race goodies (heads, pv etc)
I have all parts required so now just need someone to do the job..
Who or what workshop would you guys recommend?
I am very particular in my builds and want a very good job done.

I've used Gav at GD Engineering for crank work, he always does good work.

yeah gav is very experienced and a dude to boot. if he is not available motorcycle masters in kewdale also have a good reputation.
