Very tidy! Notice much difference? Fitting mine to the 125 in a couple of weeks and looking to get one for the RS250 also.

Are you on the TZR forum? What model Zeeltronic do you have PCDI-20V? Is the bike a 3XV? I could help you with the install programming. However you will need to find a dyno.

Yep she s posted on the TZR forum. It s a 91 TZR250R 3XV frame with a 94 Sugo kitted engine,no kickstart, racing loom,I ve been told GP forks and the Zeeltronic PCDI-20V which I purchased from Borut, certainly a lot cheaper, more flexible and available than the original,I think,9A Sugo CDi unit.I ve had to order a selection of main jets from Dennis Trollope as she s running #200 main jets,I think far too small..I ve ordered #240-320 in incremnts of 10.Am I right in saying the 2 carbs are jetted differently.I dont want to run it untill I have the jetting right, although I have turned her over just to hear her run, awsome, the first time I ve heard her.EEKNOWS would very much appreciate your help with setup unfortunately the nearest Dyno to me is 900klm away ? Guess I m going to have to make the trip ?

A nice piece of kit the 3xv. You might have to make that trip, but you will be smiling all the way home. Yes a V twin is 2 different engines in the 1 crank case. The downwards cylinder is usualy jetted 1 size richer. I'll send you a PM with a curve to start you off with a suggested power valve setting, the turning off of the power jet solenoids is something you might have to do in the field. Have you got PC programming? As I could just email you a complete file to load? Does the 3xv PCDI come with the Sugo curves?

The PCDI-20V is PC programming compatable, you just need Boruts cable and the free software. That way I could email files for you to load straight in.That would make things much easier.I sent you a PM from the tzr250 forum.

Sweeet fapping christ on a pogo stick. That's nice.
Gutsy question. You're a shark. Sharks are winners, and they don't look back because they have no necks. Necks are for sheep.
