Completely unacceptable reaction by the 2nd car. Though the rider would have to take some responsibilty for trying to do a runner.

First cop had some error in judgement with the "red light" but apart from that didn't seem to be doing anything wrong the 2nd cop however what the fuck? how could he possibly get away with that? he knew they were coming so he could have calmy waited at the intersection for them to pass before joining the pursuit.
