Organised kaos. That'd bottleneck here in two seconds flat.
In complete darkness we are all the same. It is only our knowledge and wisdom that seperate us. Dont let your eyes deceive you.

    no not bottleneck...
that would cause the whole entrie of perth to just stop.. because of some of the dumwited drivers that drive in peak hour every morning 5 days a week, (and arvo) 48 times a year. and still cant even learn to merge properly.....

Just spent the last week and a bit driving around Bali.
Must say it was an interesting experience... and seemed to largely work.
(although average cruising speeds are lower and there is roadworks everywhere so the number of accidents at or due to higher speeds would be lower.

It doesnt always work in SE-Asia through...

    hmmm...

This was a stand-still in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for well over 1/2 hour. We couldnt walk through the intersection because everyone was trying to inch forward into that 2mm gap infront of them.

I lived in Saigon for 4 months in 1989. Walking across the road was mad enough. One of our staff gave me his bike one day to ride into town after I showed him some pics of my bike at home...........bad mistake, I ended up pushing it acros a side street as I did not make it through a similar intersection. It was unique experience.
