Put an RZ in it....
Um, front guard?
You do actually need it.
In the UK?
I know the regs here say that you need one unless the bodywork serves as a fender..
No lol, it's just that my camera was reset when i changed the batteries lol
I dunno, but the front mud guard stops water from flicking up in your face, and you know what the weather is like in england lol, non stop rain!
Oh yeah, unless i wanna get soaked lol
Well i was actually thinking about the vfr400 motor, there is a lot of space between the motor and frame on both sides on my bike so i think it would fit, also the rear mounts bolt right up apparently![]()
Gee Tim you really slut your bike around lol
You probably remember me, the Aussie bloke with a vtr on CFighters?
Been missing your updates in your thread over there.. I've yet to put up a build, need to get my hands on a decent camera.
Your bike still looks schmick mate, good stuff. might have to talk to you soon about upgrading the front end on mine.
Got a spare subframe which I'm cutting up at the moment and a new rear tail on the way too.. I'm sure you'll be amazed once I'm done.
How are those rear-sets you bought?
You wouldn't be able to post some more shots of your headlight setup?
I'm considering scrapping the very legally dubious one I have on my bike at the moment and replacing it with something like yours...
Tim, the front guard isn't just needed to stop you getting wet, theres your radiator to think about.
PSB - It doesn't matter how right you are. If you aren't in with the crowd who thinks they are the in crowd because they post a lot, then you are wrong.
I'll take pics when i can mate, i made it out of steel sheet metal.
Hi mate, long time no speak! yeah you gotta start a thread![]()
The front end was tricky, to make my bairings fit i had to machine some steel races then hardened em then machined some locking nuts then made steering stops (that bit was easy lol)
I'd love to see what you come up with at the tail, i was gonna do it but decided not to throw anymore money on it and work on the GSX750 more.
I sent you a message about the swingarm (don't bother with the VFR swinger too much work to make it fit)
