    Cleaning Shark RSI pads

A question for anyone with a Shark RSI helmet.

I need to clean the pads in my helmet, and I have no issues with getting the cheek pads off, just three snap buttons each side, but I can't get out the main (scalp?) liner. It comes away at the back, but along the sides and front of the helmet it just looks like the material pulls away from under the cheek pad mounts/forehead bar...

What am I doing wrong? I need to clean it because been riding lots these past few (hot) days and it's starting to get a bit manky...

No one wants a stinky head

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Not sure, I pulled the cheek pads out of my Shark on the weekend, didn't get around to the inside, if it won't come out or I can't work it out, I'll just pull it down outside the helmet and wash insitue and leave on the grating to dry

Cheers Spike, had a look at the vid, but yeah you're right, it's pretty useless.

May just stick with a decent clean of the cheek pads and do what I can with the top pad.
