Help on modding clip on's

I need to get a couple of holes drilled into my clip ons to match the originals but no idea where to take to get this done locally (Padbury or surrounding area) Any one able to suggest a place that might be able to help?

Do you have an electric drill? Its really extremely easy.

I do but have nothing to grip the bars with to drill to ensure straight hole, It's the sort of thing I'd easily screw up I'm good like that

If anyone has a drill press with a vice they could do it for you.

I am in Carine and have a drill press with vice you can use if you want.

marker pen, mark each hole and drill them one at a time?
