    honda cr250r clutch problems

took it apart and back together a few times now, and nothing. it seems like the clutch lifter rod is to short or something. i have the clutch lifter piece with the ball inside of it(is ball supposed to drop right to the bottom of the lifter piece?). it just doesnt come out far enough to push anything, but does seem to push out right. the springs seem to have good tension on them.

if anyone can help it would be great cause this thing is driving me crazy.
any pics or diagrams of cluth assembly would be a big help.

thanks all, the muds back out here tear it up.

You can attach images directly to your post, or upload them to a host such as ImageShack® - Online Media Hosting, then copy the image url and either simply paste that to link to the image, or if you look at the post features, to the right of bold, italics and the likes you can click the icon with the image of a sun/hills and paste the image url in there to have the forum software add image tags for you.
