Hey guys
lately i have been getting customers who wish to fit a cbr 600 fairing kit onto a cbr 250rr body (making it look like a tyga kit)
Its the first time i have ever heard of such a thing! so just wondering if you guys know of this? if so how can it be done?
Ive heard it does require a large amount of effort such as melting, chopping bits off, drilling holes etc..
any help would be great!

Why don't they just buy a Tyga kit for the 250? Much easier and would look much better.

well yeah i offered them the tyga kit because i do sell them i am actual reseller for TYGA kits.. but it dosent look like people want to spend on their bikes.
They want a custom design but at a cheap price which in my opinon doesnt work out.

On topic, if you have the CBR600 fairings in stock, buy a written off/binned CBR250 cheap and do a test fit/modify exercise.
If nobody has a 'how to' online, then its probably a rumor until you actually do it.

hmm i dont have the time to be honest and we hardly carry much stock, mainly put to order.
but from what i been hearing it has been done but its a very big hassle and headache!
My opinion is that considering the low potential volume and the fact that you would be using locally priced tradespeople, the price would be higher than the market would buy.
