How To - Setup your Go Pro Video Recording setup - with Videos

Hi all thought i would post some info here i made, since there doesn't seem to be much around on the net.

I'll start with a video i quickly did this morning - appologies for the camera shaking, trying to do everything one handed lol

Secondly here is a link to the results you can achieve.

Some extra info from my other thread -
For those that are interested my setup is:

    2x Go Pro Cameras
    16 and 4gb sd cards
Suction mount with moving arms for good angles - Rear
x1 Camera on helm is removable via a fixed gide rail.

    Net weight helm cam/mount/cover = 200grams, max res 1920 x 1080 (30fps) [1080p]
Recording time 2.5 hours on 16gb card (battery also 2.5hours so no point getting bigger card)

    Nice job...some good tips there.

I have a tripod here...could have "hobbled" round to your place and lent it to you
