    Red face Howto replace a clutch handle?

    Hello there, i need to replace my clutch lever because the nob got broken. Is there an easy way to do it?

    You should just be able to wind the cable adjuster until its loose, then take out the bolt holding in your lever and then replace it with a new one. Just remember to adjust your clutch cable back to where it was before though.

    i have no idea what type it is..i am new to bikes. i would guess it is a cable one!!

    Does it have cup above it like the brake handle does??

    EDIT: Yours should have a Clutch cable.

    if it's cable then screw in the adjuster until it's as loose as possible, then get a plier pull it out (assuming it's still tight), otherwise it should just drop out of where the notch sits.

    then un-screw anything that is holding the handle there.
