2010 MAD ride volunteers thankyou BBQ ( family friendly )

As a small token of our appreciation for helping to make this year's ride a success, there will be a couple of BBQs pumping out tasty sausages in a roll for you and your family to partake in.

Who is this for:
If you helped out at the oval, as a marshal, at the festival, as a photographer and I suppose we should also include the committee

Where and when:
Beaufort Park - corner of Beaufort and Drummond st ( parking off Drummond st)
Saturday 18th December
Anytime between 10am and 4pm

What to bring:
Yourself and your family
football, cricket set, frisbee, or some such fun activity
your drinks
any fancy salad or condiments you may like
if you have it, some form of shade if it is going to be hot

Hope to see you all there, chilling out with the family and enjoying the company of the other awesome people.
