Welcome to MAD week everyone, well at least thats the case for us all on the MAD Ride Commitee.

If you have pm'd/emailed/carrier pidgeoned Mr Triple Treat in offering of your services, or have spoke to the lovely Bikini Toting Barfridge or myself, Captain Camo Pants, this is the thread for you! Ride Marshalls please disregard these instructions unless you can lend us a hand Saturday too.

WHERE: SCARBOROUGH BEACH NORTH CARPARK

WHEN: SATURDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER 12 MIDDAY

AND

SUNDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER FROM 7AM

SATURDAY IS THE MEET POINT FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS BOTH SHENTS AND SCARBS. PLEASE BE THERE ON TIME SO WE CAN HAVE OUR TWISTED MAD WAYS WITH YOU.

If you are unable to make 12 noon on Saturday, but can get to Scarbs for later in the afternoon, please let us know here so we can send sufficient numbers to shents.

Please note: If you have not contacted Triple Treat, but have a few free hours Saturday, your help is still welcome please don't hesitate to come down.

Not this year, Stirling wll be closing the carpark from Saturday night.

I will be there - After all I am flying over to helpout at MAD (Well that was the excuse to get some time away from the dungeons anyway).
Be good to put some faces to names after all these years.

I can come to scarbs if I'll be more useful there. I probably wont be able to hang around to see the bikes, but no worries helping set up on sunday morning.

I'll be caging it anyway, so would be happy to help at scarbs if it means another rider can help and shents and participate afterwards.

Sunday I need to get away in my cage by 1130-12ish (sucks big-time, I know ) So I will have to ask about parking...
I can possibly make it back again around, oh, 5:30-6ish depending if help is still needed?

No Problems, plenty of parking Sunday still down around coles / south of the clock tower. Limited parking depending on how early you are on the top level of the carpark to the north of plakas/peters/the roundabout. I hope im not there by 530pm still as the packup starts at 3.

You can head straight to Shents Sunday morning, they need people there from 7am. Ill let people know who I need at scarbs Sunday morning on Saturday Arvo
