MAD Ride - Volunteers needed

We need a huge amount of volunteers this year to help with the ride/show this year, not only are you supporting some very worthy causes its great fun and a good way to get to know some new (and old) PSB'ers.

This year we need ride marshals, volunteers to run the cloak room and people to man the MAD stand while selling tickets.

Due to the way we are structuring the ride this year we need a heap of ride marshals to help manage the group. You will be required to;

- Be available on the 13th Sept from 8am for the ride.
- Have a valid R/RE license, suitable motorcycle and competent riding ability
- Be available to attend a training session for instruction prior to the event

Cloak room people just need to be available on Saturday the 12th or Sunday the 13th for all or part of the day.

If you want to be on the MAD stand, we need people from Friday to Sunday for as short or as long as you can make yourself available.

Seriously, this is the one time of the year when you can step up and do something good for the community. We do cop a lot of flak for doing what we do, so it's a perfect opportuity to show that we're not just hoons.

You get to hang out with your friends, go for a cruisy ride, look at the bike show and raise valuable funds to help those less fortunate than yourself.

Thanks for your support guys, just to give you an idea... we need ~80 ride Marshals for Sunday in addition to people manning the display at the show and people at the end point.

Please email volunteer@madride.org if you would like to help, be sure to include your forum name, what you would like to do and when you are available.

It will make it a lot easier for us to sort out who's who and keep you all informed of the details.
It's gonna be huge! 80 odd Ride Marshalls and probably the same in general helpers selling tickets, registrations, cloak room, etc.
