Toodyay Motorcycle Festival Custom & vintage bike Display

One week before the Festival of (4 wheel) Speed with Mark Webber there will be our own 2 wheel Toodyay Motorcycle Festival.
    Sunday 21 November 2010!
One of the many atractions will be a "Custom and Vintage Bike display".
It has been decided that this year, it is by invitation.
    How to submit your custom/vintage bike entry to this show;
Send picture(s) of your to be displayed bike and relevant information plus contact details to vanzuylenbert87@gmail.com.
The organisers are looking for high standard/ exclusive/ rare, well presented motorbikes again!
To continue the motorbike only festival and ensure the MAD Bike raffle sales success!

Enter ASAP as the space is limited plus demand will be strong.
You will be asked to have & show a presentable "honour board" with information of your bike(s)

Help MAD by showing your bike to the WA comunity!

Just to clarify a few things here guys - In the past there has been a show n Shine event incorporated into the end of the MAD ride. Unfortunately due to time constraints by the organisers of this event it will not be happening this year. Instead, Jamathi has kindly offered to arrange a display of classic and original bikes for the Toodyay motorcycle festival which we, The MAD Committee, have accepted with thanks.
As this is not a show n shine at this point Jamathi is organising a number of his own bikes as well as some rare and unique bikes through other people he knows. He is now offering others with similar bikes the opportunity to show them in the display.
From a MAD point of view - at this point all it is is a display of unique motorcycles which will not only add to the entertainment aspect of the festival but also give the owners of these bikes a chance to show off the work they have put into them. If it receives enough entries then yes, MAD will definately consider changing it from a display to a Show n Shine event which will involve trophies etc.
If you have any other questions please feel free to pm either myself or GHETTO and we will attempt to answer your questions to the best of our ability.

Just noticed the times for this starting at 8.00 am, what if we plan on actually using our bike on the ride - can we then just become a part of the display when we arrive in Toodyay?

Might have a special sparkly bike to show off

Click this link, scroll down to the definition of Concours
it's geared towards cars, but should give you an idea about the condition and standard of winning vehicles.

Are there any more people here who have a nice classic bike and would like to help making the MAD ride a success by displaying their bike in the Toodyay Classic bike display?
There is still room and time to enter.
In 3 and a half weeks this show is on!

I'd put my 636 in to help make up numbers but its hardly a classic bike and probably not in keeping with the 'theme' of the display.
