Volunteer recognition

Dingo, as discussed with you previously, can you please forward a letter of recognition to all volunteers that helped out with the MAD ride. This may be particularly useful for volunteers whose employers encourage "volunteer days" for registered charities in return for time off in lieu (such as my employer).

I would give you the list of the ride marshals but my thread was deleted

I think that there were a lot more volunteers on the day that were not on any of the lists. So I think the easiest way to collate all of the people would be to get each individual to put their hands up. Not trying to take away the kudos but I saw at least a dozen members at parkerville who turned up on the day and offered a hand whom had previously not been involved and there were probably more that I didn't see as well.

seriously just happy to help out on the day and i and my other half had a great time, thanks to the people that put in the hard yards and hopefully i can do a bit more for the next one, great mob doing a great job

Can't see where a letter of recognition is mentioned in the committee area.

It's not hard to do a generic letter and email it out to all the helpers. I can even write the letter if need be (would prefer it if it came from Dingo though).
