    2010 Triumph Street Triple

    Hi all,

    In an endeavour to improve my current financial position my "Diablo Red" 2010 (MY11) Triumph Street Triple is now for sale.

    I purchased this bike new in Nov 2010 from Lloyd Chapman Motorcycles. It has travelled 63XXkm and has been serviced twice by Derek Ball at 1000km and 5000km.

    I found this bike extremely easy to ride stepping up from a 250 and love the striking colour. I'm yet to see another ST in this colour on the road.

    As can be seen in the photos the bike is fitted with the following extras;

    Belly Pan
    Radiator Cowling
    Headlight Cowl
    Aftermarket adjustable clutch and brake levers - shorty style

    The bike is well looked after, cleaned once a fortnight and the chain lubed every second fuel fill. There is plenty of meat left on the tires and it has never been tracked or raced.

    There are however some small blemishes. In my excitement to go off for only my second ride i forgot to remove my wheel lock which promptly put a hairline crack in the front fender. A replacement original cost around $280 so i decided against replacing it as it is very hard to see unless looking closely at the fender. The fracture has not grown in the duration of ownership. An after market carbon replacement can be found online for anywhere between $150 - $300 depending on where you look. Leaving it in the damaged state has not reduced my enjoyment of this bike but each to their own.

    There is also a very small scrape down the left hand mirror where i tried to squeeze between my car and the wall in the carport and failed. very tiny blemish and only mentioned for completeness.

    My asking price is $11,000 firm at this stage. Test rides require a full deposit and a current R class licence.

    Sale will included Kaneg rear stand and rear passenger pegs which i removed for awesomeness!

    What's your next bike going to be though? Where do you go from here?

    I just moved from three GSXR1000s to a Street Triple and couldn't be happier
