I bought it in 2008 and sold it last year. The time I ever rode it was when I got a 48 hour temporary permit.

I was the third owner. The original one set up the bike and spent all the money. He never rode it, and ended up selling it. To someone who also never rode it. Rinse and repeat (ie me). It's a 2000 model, so was an 11 year old brand new bike by the time I sold it. Had never even been licenced. Damn thing should be in a glass case in a museum.

I have a set of XR650R Tard wheels, (will also fit XRF 450) new rims and only two rides on new tyres, also a long range tank , PM me once you get an XR if you are interested.

Cheers mate, XR project is on hold for a few months while I climb Everest Advanced Base Camp instead
