KTM Duke II 640 - Suit new bike buyer or collector as these are getting rare noe in really nice condition like this one! It has been loving looked after for its whole life. Buy it now and nothing to spend for your summer motoring as you have a fully serviced quality bike with rego, new tyres, chain and brakes. Perfect!
These bikes are 625cc single cylinder with around 50bjup at the rear wheel, but power to weight means it will eat 600s on the twisty bits! They are brimming with haigh quality compenants like all KTMs and have WP suspension; USD front and huge MX style rear so there is lots of adjustability and these are set up well for the road. Electric and kick start of course and slim and light compared to normal sports bikes.
Recent work includes:
- Almost new (less than 150km on them) Pirelli Corsa Diablo tyres.
- New brake pads fitted and brake fluids renewed.
- New chain and sprockets fitted, all supplied by KTM of course.
- Full service completed around 6mths back and new Gel battery fitted at same time.
This bike is in really superb condition. The mirrors in pic were fitted for rego purposes, I do have the originals as well, but the rubber boots have perished.
Nice clean stainless Staintune silencers fitted, and comes with baffles and old jets (bike was setup with correct jetting to run without baffles).
Starts, stops, turns, and accelerates as perfectly as you would expect of a bike that has been looked after and has so many new parts.
Rego until Mid march 2012.
