For sale is my BZM 50cc mini moto engine. For those of you in the know this is the old 5 port design (that goes very hard!). Photos below.

I am selling this as a complete package. It is being sold complete with;
BZM race exhaust
BZM elbow
SPS race dome
SPS race head
SPS clutch housing
SPS self cooling bell
BZM pull starter
Dellorto PHBG 18mm carby

Internally the motor has a BZM gold crank, carbon reeds, and has a BZM self cooling flywheel on the side.

The motor has had extensive port work completed to the reed block area, crank case, transfer ports, exhaust port and barrel piston skirts.

It produces some impressive power and is one of the hardest revving motors going around. I've had this on a rolling road and measured peak RPM against an italian race team prepped Parilla and this motor pulled within 100rpm, peaking at 18990rpm.

Since the test against the Parilla, the motor has recently been rebuild (purely a freshen up), with all bearings being replaced, the crankshaft professionally rebuilt with new bearings and balanced to better than factory specification, and a new piston ring installed. Approximately 5 hours have been put on this motor since the freshen up.

My reason for selling is purely because I have upgraded to an even higher spec motor and no longer have a use for this one.
