Engine and gearbox for project - pref 600

Hi there folks, I have started a little project with a few friends, and am in need of an engine/gearbox combo to mount on a gokart. I have decided to be rather ambitious, and attempt a 600cc, or maybe more.... open to ideas really. Also, the cheaper the better.

So if anyone has an old bike that's been sitting around that you've been thinking of wrecking/parting out, or know someone that does, let me know

The Motorsport team I am part of has an 08 600RR (the black case) it was bought in 2010 (as an engine assy, I dont know much more about it, it has not been used when we did it we did leakdowns etc and confirmed good running order, the only reason we dont put it in our cars as we cannot justify redesigning the drysump system to go from 06RR to 08RR...

Deano68 has a triumph 675 daytona engine, it's sitting in my garage right now. Got the ecu, r/r and wiring loom too, ignition was cactus but these aren't matched to the ecu.
