I am located in melbourne I have a complete RZ350 Motor pulled out of running bike! Now when I say complete, I am talking everything carbs, top bottom end, power valve ect. Ready to bolt in plug in and go after some cleaning as it has been stored for a few years.

WARNING

This motor sold some time later around 28 December to me, I still have the email chain and texts. Unfortunately the seller contacted me the day agreed payment was being made advising he had sold it to a higher bidder. I have Kept the chain of text and email for future reference.

IMO I would not deal with this person.

If you can prove that he accepted your offer of purchase before he accepted the higher bid then from my understanding of contract law, you have purchasing rights to the motor.
